Monthly maintenance fees range from THB 8,360 to 17,560, depending on the size of the villa, and include garden care, pool maintenance, waste removal, common area cleaning, lighting, and 24-hour security.

Villas are delivered with air conditioning, wardrobes, kitchen furniture, finished walls and pool, and landscaped gardens (furniture package optional).
A sinking fund contribution of THB 100,000 is paid once.

Ownership options include freehold or leasehold, with taxes shared 50/50 between buyer and developer.

Payment Plan (for off-plan villas, interest-free installment):

• Reservation deposit – 2% of the price
• 2nd payment (within 30 days of signing the contract) – 28%
• 3rd payment (upon foundation completion) – 20%
• 4th payment (after concrete structure completion) – 15%
• 5th payment (after wall and roof completion) – 15%
• 6th payment (after completion of floors, built-in furniture, painting, glazing, and doors) – 10%
• Final payment upon land transfer – 10%
