Payment terms (according to official project documentation)
Option 1 — 100% payment
Applicable to completed units or staged payments during construction:
20% upon contract signing
20% at 25% construction completion
20% at 50% construction completion
20% at 75% construction completion
20% upon construction completion
Option 2 — 50% on purchase + 50% installment plan (1, 3, or 5 years)
The staged payment structure is the same as Option 1. The remaining 50% is paid over the selected installment period.

Exterior finishes include ceramic tiles, painted façades, drainage systems, and pool finishes.
Interior finishes include gypsum ceilings, porcelain floor tiles, built-in lighting, wooden doors, built-in wardrobes, and kitchen systems.
